Should you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, we're committed to resolving the issue promptly. Contact our team within 30 days of product delivery using the “Submit issue” form and provide clear photos illustrating the issue. For cases involving multiple products with the same design, include additional photos or videos showing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.

Replacements or Refunds:
Upon confirmation of the issue, we offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

Unsuccessful Delivery:
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you have two options:

  1. Replacement with Extra Charge: Opt for a replacement with an additional charge.

Print Placement Tolerance:
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, please note that there's a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print placement within this tolerance range will not be considered defects.
